To begin the affiliation process with ZUEB, Please follow these simple steps: (1) Visit the Affiliation Tab on our website. (2) Fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) Form available online. (3) Watch the Affiliation Process Video to understand each stage clearly. Once you submit the EOI, a member of the ZUEB Secretariat will reach out to you and provide the official Affiliation Form Booklet. Complete the booklet in full, pay the affiliation fee online, and prepare all required documents — especially the Letter of Approval from the Directorate of Private Schools. Submit your completed booklet along with the necessary documents. Once your payment is confirmed and the application is verified, our inspection team will visit your institution. Upon a successful inspection, you will receive your official ZUEB Affiliation Certificate within 3 weeks, formally welcoming your school or college to the ZUEB family. Institutions seeking affiliation with the Ziauddin Examination Board must undergo a structured application and review process designed to ensure academic quality and compliance with ZUEB standards. Schools are evaluated based on infrastructure, qualified faculty, resource availability (such as laboratories, libraries, and audio-visual equipment), and their commitment to student learning. Once approved, affiliations are granted for one academic year and are subject to annual renewal based on continued adherence to ZUEB policies. The board reserves the right to conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality assurance. This process ensures that affiliated institutions are fully equipped to deliver ZUEB's curriculum and assessment model with integrity and excellence.
