The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) programme at Ziauddin University Examination Board (ZUEB) spans two years, covering Grade IX (SSC I) and Grade X (SSC II).

Students may choose one of three groups according to their interests:

Science Group – for students interested in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
Computer Science Group – for students who want to learn Computer Science along with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
General Group – for students who prefer subjects like General Science, General Mathematics, Economics, Education, Islamic Studies or Civics.

Each group has:
Compulsory subjects: English, Urdu, Pakistan Studies, Islamiyat and Religious Studies.
Elective subjects: Specific to the chosen group.

Students complete exams for all subjects over the two years, ensuring a balanced curriculum that strengthens academic knowledge, develops analytical skills, and prepares learners for higher education and future career paths.
